Dhaulagiri Treks
The famous trek of Dhaulagiri region to the western part of Nepal, adventurous round Dhaulagiri treks starts from Beni on the Kali Gandaki which follow the Myagdi Khola westwards to Darbang and turn north on a tiny trail that leads through forests into the high country. The trek trail is adventuros and little difficult . Most of the route is on snow and glaciers as it crosses French Col (5240m), traverses the head of Hidden Valley and crosses 5155m Dhampus Pass. The trek ends with a steep descent to Marpha and a return to Pokhara, either via the Kali Gandaki valley or over the Ghorepani ridge for a panoramic view of the entire Dhaulagiri himalayan range.
Dhaulagiri region in western part of Nepal. Which is separated from Annapurna region by Kaligandaki river , making its deepest gorge in the world. The word Dhaulagiri is combination of two words " Dhaula" and "Giri, which is originated from Sanskrit, where Dhaula means beautiful and Giri means the mountain. The world's 7th highest Mountain Dhaulagiri ( 8167 m / 26,795 ft) is the major mountain of this region and in this region there are around 40 peaks having more than 6000 meters. The journey to this region is little more adventurous although both trekking and mountaineering expedition is possible in this region. This region is suit for those people who wants to do little more adventurous journey.

Day 18: Jomsom (2700m)
Day 19: Fly to Pokhara

Day 21: Free day for shopping in Kathmandu
